Jacksons Dry Cleaning and Laundry Co. was established in 2006. Jacksons, is operated by Dermot Bolger and wife Charlotte. They bought 2 existing Dry Cleaners in Lucan and Leixlip and re-branded them as Jacksons. The re-brand involved a streamlined computer system for tracking all orders and substantial investment in energy saving equipment. The Jacksons’ customer is central to the success of the organisation and customer care is key to this success. A great deal of time is given to training and re-training all staff is this regard.

There are now 6 stores in Dublin and Kildare with a Central Production Unit for Dry Cleaning, Wet Cleaning, Pressing and Special Care. This Unit supplies all stores. The central management of Dry Cleaning ensures the high quality standards maintained at Jacksons can be managed and controlled in one location. It also sets the same standards and consistency of service in all Jacksons’ stores.

The success of the Jacksons model will no doubt mean further expansion with more stores using the proven systems of those that already exist. Watch this Space!
